Your Service Hero is good. And fast. But he still can’t be everywhere at once. So please call us, and we’ll fit you in as fast as we can.

Here are some tips, and a few requests, to prepare for your Service Hero’s arrival, so we can get you back up and running in a flash.
  • Our one-time flat labor fee that covers the trip to diagnose the unit and the second trip, if we need to order and install parts. Usually, 95% of calls are covered by the one-time flat labor fee, plus parts costs, if needed. Our fee is $145 for a time slot, you can pick either 8AM-12PM or 12PM -4PM.
  • We will call you the day of your appointment between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM to narrow down our arrival to a 2 hour window. We are happy to call on the way so you can meet us.
  • Please lock up all animals. We have been bitten countless times, and as a result don't trust Fluffy and Fido anymore (Every Hero has his Kryptonite).
  • If your problem involves a stacked washer/dryer or wall oven be prepared to give assistance in moving the unit. If you cannot offer assistance, please let us know. We'll arrange to bring an Assistant Service Hero, at a flat fee of $145.
  • If possible, please provide us with the model number and serial number of your problem machine, and any error codes you’ve noted when you schedule your service call. The more info we have ahead of time the quicker we can make a repair.
